Hunnington Coarse Fishing Club

Come and join the fastest growing coarse fishing club in the West Midlands.

If your looking for a friendly and relaxed fishing venue to fish regular club matches, this is the one for you.

Our membership for the season is only £10 and the match fee is only £6 per match fished.

We are running a league throughout the season including various cup and themed matches on listed saturdays and bank holidays.

The emphasis is on enjoyment, in non pressure events for novice and experienced anglers, who just want to compete for fun,small prizes and trophies.

12 years + being the minimum age to compete unaccompanied

We are sad to announce that Jim Gaffney one of our Club members has passed away after a short illness.

All club members send their condolences to all his family and close friends.

He will be very fondly remembered by us all.

Club Rules For 2009

YOU MUST ARRIVE BY 8.30AM - DRAW 9AM - FISH 10-3PM

The 15 Minute Rule applies at the end of the match
You have 15 minutes from “all out to land your fish
But you must call “Fish on” out loud.
Please do not throw unused bait in to pool at the end of the match.
Please take your litter home.
Only 1 visitor allowed at your peg
Stay on your peg.
Do not walk around the pool being a nuisance to other fishermen.
Take all nub ends away with you . . Please do not throw them in the pool
Guest fishermen will be at clubs discretion.

Handicap rules

The match winner only will be handicapped by 5lbs the following match.
All anglers must book in by the latest Friday evening for the match on Saturday - So we will know how many pegs are needed.
