Dave fishing from peg 26 on The Kingfisher Pool fished
corn on the deck at 11 metres on the pole to get a 32-2-0 bag of carp
in very cold and windy conditions.

Birthday Boy Paul Gartshore who will be 60 yrs old on Sunday
celebrated his birthday a day early with a great win in our open match on the Heron pool with a bag of carp weighing over 80lbs.
Well Done and a Very Happy Birthday from all your fishing buddies !

After 8 rounds Trev Hodges sponsored by Weather Tech Roofing was the winner of this very cold winter league.
Every contest has been fished in very cold conditions even todays match had to be delayed to break the ice all around the pool.
Hunnington Fishery would like to Thank all anglers that have took part in this years winter league and again made it a success.
The Kingfisher & Heron Pools have again been restocked with
over 1500 lbs of carp divided between both pools.
The Mallard & Coot pools have now been restocked as well with
Mirror & Commom carp

Saturday 26th April New swan pool is now
open and fishing well
Saturday April 21st Alan Cleaver catches
a 15lb & a 12lb wild carp out of the new Swan pool on
the worm . .These wild carp have been in the pool for over
15 years . Which has never been fished . the new stockies
must have stirred then up.
Trev Haslam caught a 8lb grass carp out of the Mallard pool
during the Hunnington Club league match.
